4 Payment Terms

5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including custom designs and content. We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party elements such as stock photos, fonts, and plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.

6 Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the project direction after work has begun may require a new proposal and additional fees.

7 Limitation of Liability

Orbit Studio Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8 Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if payment is not received or if these terms are violated.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
